[Stargate] Populace

Good Gentles All,

I encourage you all to come out to tonight's Stargate populace meeting.  In
addition to the usual business, we will be painting honor shields to hang on
the gateway being made for our camp.  I will bring paints and brushes.
Baron Ihon has the shields already cut out and primed.  Everyone is welcome
to paint their device on one.
