[Stargate] BAM Soup Kitchen

Greetings all,

BAM is a short 9 days away.  I'd like to thank everyone who volunteered to
cook.  Additionally, we welcome anyone who would like to help serve.

As in years past, your soup should serve about 40 people. We’ll reimburse
up $40.   After all the receipts are turned in and paid, we will reimburse
the difference if funds are available.  Of course, we’re certainly not
opposed to donations.



If you've volunteered for soup, remember to *supply your own heat source*.
Your soup should only need to be heated or have enough pre-prep done that
all that’s needed is to assemble & cook.  We have limited space and
preparing your soup in the kitchen takes up too much of our limited space.



*We need to have list of soup ingredients no later than next Tuesday (11/17*)
so we can have a list posted for possible food allergies.

Isabeau - Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
Andreius - Ginger Bread (yummy)
Teleri - Cornbread muffins
Hillary - Bread
Sara - Hot drinks


Our plan is to be on by 9:00 (9:30 at the latest).  We'll be located under
His Excellency's garage pavilion near the list field.  Please try to be
there between 10 (10:30 at the latest). We'll bring our 2-burner
freestanding camp stove and one table top.


Also, we're bring our pop-up to be added to the back parameter of the
pavilion.  If anyone else is willing to let us use their pop-up we'd be
most appreciative.  At least 2 more would be a great help.  This will allow
ample area for cooking without using up too much space under the pavilion.
Anyone who has helped in the past knows how crazy it can get once we start
serving.


We can't give you an exact time we'll start serving as that's dependent on
when the fighting is over.  We guessing be between 12 and 1.
