[Stargate] Baronial Succession Plan

[Seneschal of Stargate]

Their Excellencies will be stepping down at Stargate Yule, which is the
first weekend in December. Applications for B&B will be open from now until
September 30th. Applications are to be sent to the Crown, Heirs, Kingdom
Seneschal, and the Stargate Baron and Baronness. Polling will occur in the
month of October with the exact to date to be determined.
