[Stargate] Poll for in Person Populace Meetings

Greetings Populace of Stargate,



As I mentioned in the June populace meeting, the Board of Directors have
lifted the restrictions for in person meetings as of 7/1/21. Please note
that per Kingdom of Ansteorra guidance masks are still required per further
notice.



I have created a poll to gauge interest for attending populace in person
for the month of July. Due to the holiday, it will be held on the second
Monday of the month, 7/12/21, instead of the first Monday. Please fill out
this poll at your earliest convenience to make sure that your voice is
counted. Also know that moving forward we plan on doing a hybrid populace
meeting of virtual and in person when we do decide to meet again.
