ST - When & Where?

The event is being held in Victoria, TX, east of Houston.  It is
approximately 320 miles from Dallas.  The best directions I could come up
with follow:

Take I-45 to Houston.  Take Loop 610 East to State Highway 59.   Take 59
East.  According to Black Star, the school is located on Business Highway
59.
