Should we also bring the ones that are considered "unscholarly" so that new cooks can learn what to avoid, or question?  "Fabulous Feasts" comes to mind first.  And although "Sallets, Humbles, etc." looks good, finding the cornstarch does make me question it.  Admittedly, the author says the recipts are "adapted for the modern kitchen," but still!
