Don Duncan, you should move to Cedar Hill!!!

The tax rate is lower, the traffic is quite manageable(unless the cows get
loose on Joe Weaver), and we live in one of the best school districts and
lowest crime areas in the Metroplex!!

Not to mention that fact that there are people who play in both Elfsea and
Steppes all around us!!  It is pretty much the same distance to Elfsea
populace meeting and to the Steppes populace meeting for us.

That's quite all right, your Excellency. But you must realize that no slight
is intended by us Dallasites. We have many reasons for not making it across
the county lines including:

~the traffic is so bad here that it takes us twice as long to get anywhere
~the property taxes are so high we can't afford to travel as often
~the crime rate is higher, so we fear leaving our homes at night

Please take this in jest, and as a friendly poke at all those Fort
Worthian's who keep trying to convince me that I should move there.
