I think Xene is wonderfully organized and can pull this part off very well.
Communication is the KEY! We were very successful with meals for the fifty
or so last year. And we still had food left over just about every meal. I
brought home alot of food. As long as we all know the list of people who
are participating... and have confirmations from EACH person not a second
hand vouch from someone else........ we'll have a fine food thing.

I have another suggestion:
Could we use the Elfsea Baronial Pavilion and maybe the Loch Ruadh Pavilion
in the Camp to eat under and escape rain. and Ask the Steppes if we can all
sit under the Steppes Baronial Pavilion at the Melee fields? How does that
sound? Any other ideas.

OK lets talk about equipment for a moment.... Xene do you need a specific
person to track equipment?

I can bring both my dollies (for carting water barrels)
my 3 plastic tables (for eating on and the Kamakasi party if it takes place
this year)
my propane bottle with tree (for the baronial propane lantern for the
kitchen)
my trash can with a shovel, rake and broom and enough drum liners for the
entire week

Do we need?:

I have extra poles for a tarp or additional cover

The green bins I have for washing dishes. Did those doing dishes use them?

My square shelves for storing stuff in the kitchen?

We DO need an enclosed tent for storing food and supplies.... (I no longer
have one)
