I called the Leather Factory.  Here's what I found out:

Rounders: 3 1/2" in diameter, 100/pack, $35.99/pack = $287.92.
Conchos: 1 1/4" in diameter, 100/pack, $21.99/pack = $175.92.
Conchos: 1 1/2" in diameter, 100/pack, $29.99/pack = $239.92
Conchos: 1 3/4" in diameter, 100/pack, $39.99/pack = $319.92

I think this rules out the leather rounders idea.
