In Faith allow me to make introduction of my life;

Father Ryan Manneleigh was born in County Limerick in 1437. He became an
eager student at one of the local parish outposts scattered around the
County. In 1448, with the rise of Nicholas V to the papacy, Ryan felt an
overwhelming simpatico with the teachings of the Pontiff and his love of
writing. Joining the priesthood fully in 1452, Ryan spent time in Roma
learning the essence of Papal law and learning those parts to which he
objected. In 1456, with Pope Callistus III coming to power, Ryan grew more
disillusioned. Failing to be admitted to Benedictine order for refusing to
comply with ideals of celibacy and sobriety, Ryan was returned to Ireland
where he has made a comfortable flock and ministry among the good people of
the Isle. He is fiercely bright with his intellectual challengers and
infinitely compassionate with the farm folk with whom he had rather take
whisky than read yet another tome on linguistics. From time to time, he has
been known to sell an indulgence or two when the souls of his flock are in
great need.

Ryan occasionally dons the moniker of Ryan MacCoisor and ventures forth from
Limerick to strange lands to see the world outside of the role of the
clergy. On these journeys, he makes a living from writing plays and songs,
wrestling with men and finding the quiet places in the remote areas where
Bluefeather can sometimes meet.
