Well, there are a number of meetings that will be populous.  If you mean the 
Steppes populace meeting, directions on the website are:

"Baron Edwin's home in Carrollton, map forthcoming"

<shrug> Guess they don't want folks who don't know where Baron Edwin's home 
is to come to the meeting, eh? <wink>
