[Steppes] brewers read this -- all other be envious....

Let me set the scene for you...

It's late at night, 8:30 or so. Deep within the hidden hallways of the
TABC, sit the investigators gifted with second site.

Huddled together they remain in a trance like state, when suddenly with one
voice they all shout "201 gallons, 3 quarts!!"

Like the special forces unit they all aspire to be, they race to their
specially designed VW micro-brew-busting-buses. Racing down the street,
obeying all local speed limits and stop signs, they arrive at the target's
home. After forcing their way in desguised as Amway sales men, they
discover that their lead investigator is dyslexic, and the intended
distination is on the other side of town.

Amazing isn't it!

Basically if you are ever deemed an open saloon or a public house, you
better be able to show that you having less than 200 gallons on hand.
