ST - FP at NTIF is on again!

While some folks may not get word that practice is moved (not on the net, 
not checking their e-mail, whatever), I expect there to be too few people 
going to the Hill to make it worth while to have Guyjin at the Hill.  Your 
call, of course, but I suggest having him join us at NTIF.
