[Steppes] Looking for Steppes Loaner Garb/Gear

I have had questions about loaner garb and feast gear from newcomers to be
used at Warlord.  If you have it or know of who does, please contact me.

Also, I have heard that there is a very large hospitaler file out there.
Please contact me if you have it and how I might retrieve it.
