[Steppes] Looking for Steppes Loaner Garb/Gear

The grab is in two tubs in the Steppes storage locker.  I have no inventory,
other than it is sorted into small and large.

On feast gear, I have no information.  Would the former Hospitler please
provide some detail on this.
