Well said Centurion.  It is necessary to remember how we all felt when first playing in this society.  A simple statement can make another feel unwelcome.  A jest can hurt and sometimes it can not be repaired.  You can only make a first impression ONCE.  My Lord and I would like to help in anyway for anyone, if we can.
