Subject: [Steppes] Fall Court Work Day

Good Gentles,

We will be having the final work day for Fall Court on Saturday, October
20, 2001 at Lord Guyjin (MKA Tom Collins) and Lady Alienor's (MKA Jeanie
Collins) house.  The address is 2913 San Medina, Dallas, TX  75228 and
the phone # is 972-613-1312.  The work day will began at 1:00 PM and end
at approximately 6:00 PM.  For directions, you can use Mapquest or call
them (# above) or me (MKA Liz Peters @ 214-330-8518).

We will have a short meeting to determine where we are with respect to
the items that need to be done in preparation for this event and will
then work on the various projects we have.  If you wish to work on garb,
feel free to bring your machine and fabric--we will be working on these
items too.  If you are relatively new to sewing garb, several experienced
seamtresses will be there to help you with questions/problems you may
have.

In addition, our hospitaler will be there with the loaner garb so if you
need something for this (or another) event, please drop by and we will
help you.

This will be a pot luck so please bring something to eat as we will all
need sustenance throughout the day.  If you have questions about what to
bring, please contact Alienor.

If you have any general questions about what the workday will entail,
please feel free to call.
