[Steppes] Target archery at Eastfield:

During Steppes' populous meeting last night several of our target archers
from the Eastfield range did state that they preferred starting archery
practice at 10 AM on Sunday mornings.  I do tend to agree for a number of
different reasons.

The only two arguments I can raise against would be it might be a problem
with parking and for the archers that attend church during that time.

This archery practice is held for your benefit so I will leave it up to
you the target archers who attend the Eastfield practice. Do you want to
change the time back to a 10 AM start?  Please reply to me privately with
