Greetings,

I am forwarding this from the Elfsea list. They have found a new site that
is yes primative, but is being improved. It is on 25 acres. This is
something that we may consider for a future Warlord site. They are holding
Springfaire there which will give us a change to check the site out and see
if it will meet our needs for Warlord.

One of my concerns about the site was answered by Fearghus since he is also
in a wheelchair.

The other concern is electricity and a hall with airconditioning. Currently
the only place that there is electricity is by the main road. There are
plans for a large permanent pavilion where court and the A & S competetion
can be held, but it is not airconditioned. With Warlord being so hot it is
almost a necessity to have a place where were can cool off.

The benifits of this place. Land grabs, I belive that we could build on if
I remember right, but someone from the Elfsea list could clarify that for
me. It would be more period than Canton, big plus here.

The owners of the land are going to use the money they get from events held
there to make improvements. I don't remember if there are currently showers
or flush toilets but again someone from Elfsea can clarify this for us.
