ST - Elfsea Springfaire Site

The site is 50 acres.
Currently, there are not flush toilets or shower, but
he is looking for a contractor to do this work, as
well as build the covered pavillion for the
feast/court area.

As far as I know, we are not allowed to build on it,
but don't quote me on that. This is owned by a
gentleman who is in Amtguard, and he has allowed land
grants to his amtguard members, and those developed
campsites are off limits to us.

There is electricity around the future feasthall area,
but it is limited and could not be made available to
the general populace, but the event could make use of
it. There is no running water on site.

Hope this answers some questions...
