I have  a submittor here in Lochac whose device 
submission 'Azure, a pall
between a cinquefoil and two goats clymant respectant 
argent' was returned
by Laurel in December 1998 for conflict with the device 
registered to Ailith
ferch Dafydd.

My submittor wishes to attempt to get permission to 
conflict from Ailith. As
the latter's device was registered through Ansteorra, I 
thought you might be
the best person to start with. <grin>

I would be extrememly grateful if you could take steps 
to ascertain whether
Ailith is still active and, if so, to either provide me 
her contact details
(or those of her local herald) or pass on my details to
