ST - Steppes/Elfsea joint practice, April 22:

I feel that it would be very confusing to try and and move the joint fighter
practice for this one day. While we may be moving the fighter practice in the
future, no decision has been made to do so at this time and I don't feel there's
enough time to get the word out to everyone in time to avoid confusion.

We will be discussing moving fighter practice at the upcoming populace meeting at
Margarite & Alasdair and at business meeting to get more feedback from the
populace regarding weather or not we will be moving fighter practice. It is
important to have your voice heard regarding this matter. Please come to populace
or business meeting.
