Good Gentles and Nobles of the Steppes:

Yes, it is true.  The city did act.  The water is back on (it shoots
about six inches into the air now).  The benches have been repaired AND
painted, a very nice Steppes green :-)    The trees and brush were
cleared up to about three feet from the ground last fall, so there is no
place for people to hide and "do their thing" anymore.  Let's see, what
else was on the wish list?
