[Steppes] Fighter practice question

Greetings, Miguel,

His Excellency Fritz and I took a side trip after fighter practice over to
the large park on Keller Springs about 2 miles West of the current site.  We
discovered that on the far Southwest side of the park, there is a small
clearing with trees on the West side that would afford us afternoon shade.
There are bathrooms and a drinking fountain close by.  You might want to ask
him about the conditions and lay of the land that would serve as the
fighting area.  I'm still keeping my eyes open.
