Thank you.  This is in response to mundane situations, not persona ones.  I
am a French teacher by choice and I see this alot.  I have to deal with it
all around me.  When I read this editorial, I thought it might soften some
peoples feelings.  I know people who can't be persuaded that the French can
be honest, polite people.  I thought this could be a stepping stone in
opening their minds.  As a final note, I don't consider Jean Reno, Vincent
Perez, Christophe Lambert and Gerard Depardieu as Poofters. :)  Try not to
forget, many French have Celtic and Scandinavian blood coursing through
their veins (the Gauls were Celts and the Normans were Viking).
