[Steppes] The need for Event Stewards and/or Ideas

The Achievement banner is the full achievemnet of the Barony of the Steppes.
The achievement includes the arms of the Steppes, the supporters (two
Erminois Grice), Mantling, a helm, motto ("Mighty Oaks from little Acorns
Grow").

There are more details that I'll have to look up and a design will have to
be drawn up to go by. I am thinking of something large enough to use as a
wall section on the back of the Steppes Baronial Pavillion, but the
dimensions can be anything appropriate to the barony's and Their
Excellencies needs.
