[Steppes] Fighter Practice Location

Just to clarify about figter practice, equestrian and Flag Pole Hill IMHO:

1) The Chivalric Marshal should decide where he wants fighters to practice.
Generally he will pick where he has the most people committed to go. Its his
gig.

2) The Marshal wants to see other members of the Barony out there too. He is
trying to be inclusive so he has asked for input.

3) Flag Pole Hill is not being considered as an official equestrian practice
location (nor an Archery practice location), but Sir Miguel asked why we
don't go to see them at practice. I did not tell him that there were only 2
centrally located, active riders, so not that big a deal. <g> I did tell him
we were already riding out at that park whenever we did not have other
events, so we will see him there if they move it back. We can take a couple
of the games with us to play at the park.
The Hill will also be close enough for archers to come after practice, if
they choose.
