I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to double-check

Preliminary arrangements for a demo at next year's CHF should be made
privately, between the CHF event staff and the Steppes Demo Coordinator.
Then, as the event draws closer, the Demo Coordinator can share the
information as is appropriate.
