[Steppes] Event Changes?

I'd agree with Edwin on this. Didn't mean to exclude the Court Baron/esss
from
the idea of other Nobility helping spread the Royal Presence and ease the
duties
of the Crown. They have done this is the past and are quite capable.

This particular issue has been one I have felt strongly about for nearly 25
years. The Crown needs to use the Barons and Baronesses of Its Court as
nobles-at-large and ambassadors within the kingdom to help facilitate
necessary business. Many of the Court nobles are well versed in running
courts as they have been formerly landed, and we will hope that everyone
else
who has received a Court Barony has enough noble character to carry it off
if
they needed to. For it to viably work I do feel a system would need to be in
place for Court Nobles who wish to offer the Crown their services in this
way
to swear fealty to the Crown, much as currently landed nobles do.

Court Titles ARE noble titles and should have the chance for more active
responsibilities to the Crown for the benefit of the realm to justify their
standing as nobles. It might make some people, both with and without the
title, realize that it is much more than a "cookie".
