[Steppes] FALL COURT

I was not there so I am not familiar with the problems with Tanglewood.
But I have a couple questions.

1) Did they make improvements that would allevate those problems.
2) Will an event the size of Fall Court have the same problems that
Elfsea Defender did?

It probably is at lease worth looking at.  It looks as if they might be
available for the weekend in question (at least according to their
online calendar) but a phone call would confirm that.
