[Steppes] Elfsea Defender A&S and Laurel's Prize Tourney

IMHO , and I'm not a laurel or anything,
Laurel's prize tourney is a body of work display.
Breadth is important, but it seems quality and
documentation are the most important. A good display
is a major element but won't make up for one of the
previous elements being missing.
