[Steppes] Um, SNOW!! and BUSINESS MEETING?

Hello everyone,

Edwin, Fritz and I are discussing it.  We will let you know the decision as soon
as it is made.  If you feel uncomfortable about getting out, then by all means
don't, regardless of whether the meeting is held.  If we meet and there is a low
turnout, we can post minutes on this list.
