[Steppes] Catapult Challenge

This demo was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed talking
to
the kids and seeing them really get into their
machines. The "Fair Maidens" team had a really well
built Onager that we should probably acquire. They
were
trying to use it as a Trebuchet, but that is easily
fixed. Thank you Lady Francesca for setting this up.
