Greetings Lord Iryonwyrm.

When I spoke to Lady Simone she already had Arkham's land reservations in
the non period encampment. I am setting up the period encampment and need to
differ this to Lady Simone. She would be the one to decide to move you from
that encampment to the period encampment.

Right now I am only taking mundane tentage in proportion to what we can hide
behind the Period Pavilions.

Perhaps we should discuss whether the Steppes/Glaslyn/Lindenwood encampment
would prefer to move to the non period encampment at Business meeting
tonight.

Greetings to you both,

Tent spaces required for Arkham's Household in the combined
Steppes/Glaslyn/Lindenwood encampment are as follows:

I-12'X12', GA-16'X12', 10'X10', OB-16'X16', LR-20'X20', S-15'X30',
J-12'X14', L-8'X12', DG-18'X13'(needs power),  L-16'X12', GS-12'X12',
Com-20'X20', Kit-10'X10', UT-18'X12'(needs power & has service animal),
US-8'X8', K-14'X14'.

That should total sixteen tents, approximately twenty-two persons, and
there is not a period tent among them.  However we do have our fabric
walls to hide tents behind.  Two among the group have special needs and
will require power, one has a service animal.  And as everyone else we
would like to stay together as a group.

We plan to set up our own kitchen (it's not a full house but would still
heavily tax the S/G/L encampment's kitchen), and provided there are water
facets available we have 36' of spray misters we're willing to share.  We
should start arriving as site opens and be setting up through that night.

I shall keep you advised as to any changes to the above numbers.
