And how long did the extra bags and T-Shirts remain in inventory for the
Treasurer to keep track of? Making more work for any officer is an exercize
I would prefer not to make.

>These are the only two years that the Barony has sold or attempted to >sale

And why were they they only years they were made? What happened at the X and
XV year celebrations? Were they not memerable enough for a T-Shirt
concession? Was there not enough interest? Money?

I am looking to make this event the best we have ever had. That requires
prior planning and time. As I am not going to be one of the Event Stewards,
I thought I would work one some of the things that should be done, but that
might have been dropped for one reason or another when the could just as
easily have been done by someone else.

>This is a free country and anyone may do as they please, including

> >accepted bid for Warlord XXX and the Seneschal and Their Excellencies
> >have not designated anyone to handle this endeavour, why not table >this
>discussion for the time being?

In my original announcement, I put the time for entries at 12th night which
is some seven months plus months from now. In that time an Event Steward and
crew should have been chosen and any theme decided upon. Knowing how much
procrastination is rampant among us, putting this thought into the minds of
those who might like to work on it might lead to a better design through
having more time to work on it and come up with some good basic idea which
can be moulded into a theme if one is chosen and announced in a timely
manner.

I am sure in the next couple of months we will have an Event Steward team
and I would like people to be thinking of the event and working on ideas
that can be contributed or changed to suit the Event Stewards vision.
