I would say refer to them, as Robin has said, by their highest title.  For
example, Master Robin of Gilwell.

Great, now what is the proper way to print their name in an SCA publication
when they have many titles? (This was always a dilemma for me when I was
chronicler in Bryn Gwlad and here)
