Greetings all

There have been many thankyous all around but I wanted to say thank you especially to those that helped organize and run the Steppes Archer competition- one of the most difficult in Ansteorra.

Lord Iames- thank you for the use of your pavilion on the archery field. It was most needed and provided great shade.  Thanks to House Arkham and Lord Ironwyrm for the use of their white pavilion with the wonderful water misters.

Much thanks to Sueko for running the list and keeping up with the scores.  And most of all- thanks to those wonderful waterbearers that kept after us to drink drink drink.  

Ulrich did great in running and explaining the tourney (when he checked his notes) and was also responsible for much of the design of this tourney.  Thanks to Martin whose first tourney this was and who patiently pulled the targets during the moving target round and to Lord Alvin for his assistance in scoring and running the tourney and to both these gentles for all their assistance in teardown and afterward.

Last I must thank my 18 year old mundane son, Roper, for coming out in the heat on Friday afternoon and helping his "old man" set up the tournament targets and mechanisms.
