[Steppes] Re: [Elfsea] Pennsic Story

She is one of the Coopers who own the land that Pennsic is hosted on.  
Considering it's Coopers lake is private property she was well within her 
rights to do so.  I think it was a bad decision and a very regrettable one, 
especially considering master Iolo has been doing the same thing for years.  
A simple request to stop should have bee more than enough.
