May I suggest NewNew Buffet (I think that is the name?) at Belt Line and
Marsh?  It has a huge meeting/banquet room on the first floor that you can
get just by having enough people to take it over.  I guess you can call and
see about reserving it for a group if you want to be sure there are no large
families eating at one of the tables.  Off the top of my head, I think there
is enough room there for the meeting - AND you can have the buffet dinner!
(Or not.)  My estimate is that the room holds about eighty people, more if
you put chairs on table ends.

It's next to a 75% Off Books, which luckily should be closed by the time the
meeting is over.
