This is a place I suggested as a possible place for business meeting.  I 
believe that they can configure the room to hold over 100 people, but that 
is in "conference" mode with little or no space for tables to eat.  Of 
course, the rest of the resturant is available.  Their "base" configuration 
seats near 60, with tables for everyone.  The do not charge for the space.

May I suggest NewNew Buffet (I think that is the name?) at Belt Line and
Marsh?  It has a huge meeting/banquet room on the first floor that you can
get just by having enough people to take it over.  I guess you can call and
see about reserving it for a group if you want to be sure there are no large
families eating at one of the tables.  Off the top of my head, I think there
is enough room there for the meeting - AND you can have the buffet dinner!
(Or not.)  My estimate is that the room holds about eighty people, more if
you put chairs on table ends.

It's next to a 75% Off Books, which luckily should be closed by the time the
meeting is over.
