[Steppes] Newcomer Meeting This Sunday at Fighter Practice

I blush - and regret that as I am visiting in Atlantia, I will be unable to
attend this Sunday.  I do plan to be there next Sunday, but I am sure the
newcomers will be tired from all the fun of Elfsea Defender!

PS:  I've gotten a few questions over time, so to clarify - I received
     my first title-granting award in about A.S. XX (1987).  But I
     prefer not to use any.  Just wanted to be sure people knew before
     jumping on Lady Clare, who does respect my preference.
