No, the duck should be swimming on top of the water, with a rapier at its
throat and an arrow in its back.  Or something similar, to commemorate the
Champion competitions that were flooded out on Sunday.

Camp Burnett doesn't allow archery or most martial activities.  There is NO
WAY we can have Warlord there; it's only good for Fall Court and other
non-com events.
