[Steppes] Fighter Practice July 6th

Fighter practice is looking to be the best of the year (so far) this weekend
from the people I've talked to who will be in attendance.  We'll have new
fighters, experienced fighters, and some folks who haven't been in armour
for a while.  I'd love to see everyone in the barony who owns armour out, of
course!  Hopefully those scattered t-storms are scattered elsewhere.
