[Steppes] Awfully Quiet out there...

Karolus has posed a very good question, however I would belive it shall
not be answered quickly.  

With all due respect to our beloved Baron & Baroness they will be a very
hard act to follow and we are not likely to see a rushed grab for the
brass hats in this Barony.   Steppes is a large Barony with many factors
& factions to consider, most likely our best candidates shall end up
needing to be encourged and convinced to make that application.

But I can assure you that off line tongues are a wagging!
