[Steppes] Lady Linet Grey- Arcarius

It is with great pleasure and pride that I, Jaque the Spink member of the Order 
of Arcus Majoris,  wish to announce that at about noon tomorrow during Steppes Artisan, 
I will be formally accepting Lady Linet Grey as student (known as Arcarius) and 
presenting her with the red bracer that denotes her status as such.   Please come
and wish her well at this, her latest endeavor.
