[Steppes] in search of illumination

I am looking for someone to Design at least 2 illuminations for a paper I am 
doing. The first would be for the title page and the second for the first 
page of the actual paper. Both would be vertical with possibly a third 
smaller horizontal one.
I am willing to discuss payment either monetary or trade.
