Those involved in the reloading of the storage locker on Sunday evening, please double check your equipment for the following:
 
One 3 ft piece for the vertical ridge poles for the baronial pavilion.
Two water coolers.
 
Please contact me immediately if you mistakenly have this equipment as it is needed for the event this weekend.
