[Steppes] Just a reminder

After having just watched the 6:30 news, I want to remind everyone what a
mess I-30 around Fair Park will be today.  It's the Cotton Bowl Game. 
The park opens at 9:00, and tail-gate partiers will likely get an early
start.  The game starts around 1:00.  

Everyone have a safe trip.
