[Steppes] Bartender anyone?

Not sure, but in the rules and regulations on the website, that is what it stated...  I should get some clarification soon I hope.  I am also looking into a couple of other sites in Waxahachie suggested by the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce.

Trained and experienced, yes.  Licensed?  No.  BTW, when did the law start requiring a license of someone to tend bar?    All that was required the last time I worked as a bartender was that I was of legal drinking age and had a clean record...that was 1988, though...
geez, am I that old?...
