[Steppes] OT - anybody know Japanese?

I would like to find someone who knows ehough Japanese to get some
information from a web site.  This is the web site for the Tokyo Quilt
Festival http://www.tokyo-dome.co.jp/quilt/.  For some strange reason
(who would have thought it), it is all in Japanese.  I would like to get
an email address for the organizers of the event to write to and ask
questions.  Hopefully they will have someone who knows English.  If
anyone can help me out, please reply privately to me.
